A Soldier In Training

I’m A Soldier In Training; In God’s Army Enlisted;
I Will March For My Master; And My Father’s Insisted.
He Has Called Me To Share; As I Go On This Mission;
I Will Minister Hope To The Hurting; As They’re Placed In Condition.

There Are Many Discouraged; And So Many In Tears,
And Our Father Sent Jesus; This Had Gone On For Years.
Our Lord Came From Heaven; To Preach To The Nations;
To Give Love To The People; And To Give Them Salvation.

I Had Spent Many Years; As A Lost Lonely Creature,
And Was Saddened With Life; With No Hope As My Feature.
The Lord Saw My Sadness, And The Pains That Had Plagued Me,
And He Healed Me Inside; By His Grace He Remade Me.
He Forgave Me Of Sin, And To Life I’ve Been Risen;
He Came Into My Heart; He Had Made His Decision.

I’ve Been Born Of The Spirit; I Was Raised To New Life;
I’m A Servant Of Jesus; He’s Removed Me From Strife.
I’ve Been Chosen By Jesus; To Share Love And Compassion;
To Share Mercy And Peace; With My Heart That He’s Fashioned.
I Trust You My Jesus; You Are Lord And My Savior;
You Have Called Me To Life; And With You Was Found Favor.

I Thank You For Purpose; And The Assignment I’m Given;
I Shall Wait On Your Spirit; And The New Life I’m Living.
I Sing Praise To You Lord; I Now Wait On Your Word;
I Will March With You Always; By Your Voice That I’ve Heard.
